We like to keep things clear, fair, and stress-free for everyone — humans and pets included. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Deposits`

A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been received. Dates are not held without payment.

  • Wedding Chaperone / Engagement Photoshoots / Event Bookings: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • House Sitting Bookings: A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates, with the remaining balance due prior to the booking start date.

  • Boarding Bookings: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking dates, with the remaining balance due prior to check-in.

  • Drop-In Visits: Full payment upfront is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Event booking deposits are non-refundable.

  • House sitting and boarding deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations where dates have been reserved.

  • Drop-in bookings cancelled at short notice may be non-refundable.

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full payment being retained.

  • Genuine emergencies will always be considered with compassion on a case-by-case basis.

Wedding Chaperone & Engagement Packages

Our event services are designed to include your pet safely and beautifully in your special moments. Services may include transport, supervision, toilet breaks, walks, hydration, calming support, photo assistance, and return home arrangements depending on your package.

We reserve the right to adjust plans on the day if required for your pet’s comfort, behaviour, weather, or venue safety requirements.

Photography & Content Release

We may capture behind-the-scenes photos or videos of your pet during services for use on social media, marketing, and our website.

If you’d prefer your pet not to appear online, simply let us know in writing before the booking date.

Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply depending on your location, venue distance, multiple destinations, or regional bookings. Any travel costs will always be discussed upfront and included in your quote.

Pet Behaviour, Compliance & Safety

All pets must be friendly, manageable, and suitable for the booked service. Owners must disclose any behavioural concerns, anxiety, reactivity, aggression, medical issues, or special handling needs before the booking.

If a pet becomes unsafe, highly distressed, aggressive, or cannot be safely handled, we may modify or end the service for everyone’s wellbeing.

Health & Veterinary Emergencies

Pets must be in good health and up to date with vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and any relevant treatments. If emergency veterinary care is required during service, we will contact you immediately and seek appropriate assistance. Any vet costs are the owner’s responsibility unless caused by our negligence.

Liability & Insurance

We take every reasonable precaution while caring for your pet and maintaining a safe environment. We are covered by third-party public liability insurance for incidents that may occur while your pet is in our direct care.

However, we are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, undisclosed behaviours, incidents outside our control, third-party actions, household hazards, or environmental factors.

Weather & Force Majeure

If severe weather, emergencies, venue restrictions, road closures, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances impact services, we will work with you to adjust plans where possible.

Home Access (House Sitting / Drop-Ins)

Clients must provide safe and accurate access instructions. We are not responsible for faulty locks, alarm issues, household hazards, or third-party access not disclosed in advance.
